Pacific House intends to stabilize people who experience homelessness by securing permanent housing with supportive services provided once they are housed.
This approach increases housing stability, reduces use of emergency resources, and restores dignity.
Permanent Supportive Housing in Action
Pacific House develops and operates permanent supportive housing for men, women, and families with children in Stamford, Norwalk, and Darien. The portfolio includes 15 homes that provide stable housing for more than 130 residents, which includes case management to support each individual’s needs.
