Pacific House invests in their case managers who provide vital supportive services for our clients. Each case manager partners with their client and empowers the client to take charge of their life. For example, when Cornelius came to Pacific House, he was experiencing homelessness and seeking a safe place to stay.
With encouragement from his case manager and support from the Pacific House team, Cornelius committed himself to recovery and steps to achieve stability. Today, he has moved into permanent housing, where he is building the future he once thought was out of reach.
