Stamford CT – Pacific House is pleased to announce the promotion of Ivy Patrick to Stamford HUB Manager, a move that highlights the strength and talent within our organization. In this new role, Ivy will supervise the Diversion Specialists, YHDP Youth Navigator, Outreach Workers, and Homeless to Housing (H2H) staff. She will also continue to serve as the YHDP Youth Navigator while we recruit for that position, bringing her deep expertise and commitment to both roles. Ivy will report directly to Silvia Narvaez, Chief Program Officer, and will play a key leadership role in advancing the Stamford HUB’s operations, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring strong coordination across programs.
Ivy has over a decade of experience and holds a Master of Social Work from Fordham University. Her impact at Pacific House and in the field has been significant, and this promotion is a well-deserved recognition of her leadership and dedication to our mission.
