Bill Montana
Chair
Bill has been a dedicated member of the board since 2018. An ardent philanthropist, he has actively supported various not-for-profit and charitable organizations. Previously, he served as the Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus. Through the Knights' Greenwich council, Bill has long been involved in serving home-cooked meals at Pacific House’s emergency shelter.
Professionally, he holds the position of Senior Managing Director at Savills, an international real estate advisory firm. Bill and his team specialize in assisting corporations and organizations to make informed real estate decisions, ultimately helping them save money. He resides in Greenwich, CT, with his family.

Mark Lingle
Secretary
The Rev. Mark Lingle is the rector of St. Francis Episcopal Church in Stamford and part-time Executive Director of the Interfaith Council of Southwestern CT. He has served on the Board for three years and currently serves as Secretary of the Board.
Mark is involved in serving meals at Pacific House, his parish partnered with Pacific House the fall of 2023 in the Miles for a Mission Road Race, and he helps organize the annual Longest Night Memorial Service on December 21, where remember all those without a home who have died in the past year. Mark lives in Stamford with his wife, Marnie, who serves as Head of the Upper School at King, and their four dogs: Bader, George, Chester, and Sofie.

Robert W. Long, Jr.
Treasurer
Bob Long serves as a Relationship Manager and Vice President at First County Advisors, the wealth management division of First County Bank. With over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Bob has dedicated his career to assisting individuals with the management of their long-term wealth.
He joined the board of Pacific House two years ago and is currently fulfilling the role of Treasurer. Bob resides in Trumbull with his wife, Vincenza, and their son, Robert

Justin Maccarone
Vice Chair
Justin Maccarone brings a rich 40-year background in finance and energy services, highlighted by his tenure as a founding partner at UBS Capital Americas. His pivotal role at Stamford's Tradition Energy reflects his expertise in industry growth and leadership. A Trinity College alumnus, Justin actively served on its Board of Trustees and as President of the National Alumni Association.
Deeply involved in Darien's community programs, particularly youth-focused initiatives, Justin also holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia University. Residing in Darien with his wife Marie, Justin enjoys boating and golfing. Having completed significant commitments to his alma mater, he is now eager to devote more time to Pacific House.
